The entire publication process — from manuscript submission to issuance of the publication certificate — typically takes 7 to 15 working days.
Step-by-Step Process
- Submission
Authors must submit their manuscript via email to:

Upon successful submission, an acknowledgement email will be sent to the author(s) within 48 hours. - Review
Every manuscript undergoes a standard review process conducted by the editorial board. - Selection & Confirmation
If the manuscript is accepted, the author(s) will receive a confirmation email regarding the selection and approval for publication. - Publication
Once approved, the research paper/manuscript is formally published in the journal and listed on the official website. - Issuance of Certificate
After publication, a soft copy of the Publication Certificate along with the publication link is sent to the author(s) via email.

Open Access Policy
All research articles published in the E-Justice India Global Law Journal are made fully open access: they are immediately and freely available to read, download, and share.
Publication Policy
To uphold the integrity of legal research and scholarship, all submitted content must strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
- No Defamatory Content: Submissions must not contain defamatory or malicious statements targeting individuals, communities, or organizations.
- Fact-Based Assertions: Any factual claim must be substantiated; no allegations based solely on news reports or speculative content will be entertained.
- No Plagiarism: Manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism. Any manuscript found plagiarized will be immediately disqualified from publication.
- Exclusive Submission: Submitted content must be exclusive to E-Justice India Global Law Journal. The Journal reserves the right to republish the content in any format or platform without prior author consent.
- Author Liability: Authors shall be solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from copyright infringements, defamation, or misrepresentation.
- Respectful Content: Manuscripts must not promote religious or political biases, or express hate speech of any form, including racist, sexist, or discriminatory remarks.
- Academic Tone: Submissions must maintain an academic and analytical tone. Polemical or overly opinionated content will not be accepted. Opinions should be clearly presented as opinions, not asserted as facts.
Ethics Statement
The E-Justice India Global Law Journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics. All authors are expected to adhere to the following ethical principles:
- Original Work: Manuscripts must be the original work of the author(s).
- No Simultaneous Submissions: The manuscript must not be under consideration elsewhere or previously published.
- Proper Citation: All sources, references, and third-party works must be properly acknowledged and cited.
- Integrity of Data: Authors must not fabricate, falsify, or manipulate data or findings.
- Responsibility for Corrections: If significant errors are identified post-publication, authors must promptly notify the editorial board to correct or retract the paper as necessary.
- Collaborative Authorship: All authors listed must have significantly contributed to the research and approve the final version for submission.
